Overview
Ever wonder where the actors you see on TV and in commercials got that talent for giving performances that “pop” in front of the camera? Were they just born with it? Here’s the answer: Somewhere along the line, they took an acting class like ours.
Our priority is to ensure that students complete the this program in order to express themselves clearly and confidently in any situation – whether it be an audition for the Disney Channel, an interview with a casting director, or a presentation for their history class! We take pride in preparing our younger actors to arrive on a professional set feeling relaxed, excited, and ready to let their unique talent shine in front of the camera!
Class Descriptions & Schedule
Ages 4-7: Acting for Television & Film
This is 3-2-1-‘s premier Children’s Program. It opens up the world of on-camera acting to your child through confidence-boosting play, imagination, and fun! We focus on bringing out the natural performer in each and every student with a combination of coaching for film and TV, audition technique, improvisation, and modeling for print and runway.
Scene Study & Audition Technique Class allows our advanced actors to find a home for long-term growth and professional preparation. This course focuses on in-depth script analysis, listening and engaging truthfully with scene partners, improvisation, memorization and perfecting film audition technique through a mastery of cold reading. With a strong emphasis on developing the actor as both artist and professional, it offers a superior level of training for students who are already working in the industry or are looking to further their training.
Commercials & Improvisation Class opens up the world of on-camera acting to your child through confidence-boosting play, imagination, and fun! We focus on bringing out the natural performer in each and every student with a combination of coaching for film and TV, audition technique, and improvisation.
The Commercials & Improvisation class provides a dynamic space for actors of all experience levels to dive into the thrills and fun of on-camera acting. A focus on improvisation helps students bring their work to life with personal flair and creative choices, while training with cue cards, props, slating, and other essential industry tools ensure that they’ll arrive in any audition room ready to impress.
